Coop Break - Cooperatives and Sustainable Development: Challenges for the Post-2015 Agenda - Brussels

As we approach the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) target date of 2015, we should think about the post-2015 global development agenda.

In this Coop Break, Simel Esim, Head and Senior Technical Specialist at the Cooperatives Unit International Labour Organization, discussed the key roles cooperatives could play in this agenda. Franky Depickere, Chairman of the International Raiffeisen Union and CEO of the Cera-group, and Marc Noël of the Cooperatives Europe Development Forum, focused on the contribution their organisations make to sustainable cooperative development and their plans to strengthen this commitment.
